Success has been borne from Nathan’s considerable business acumen and experience in recruitment, personnel management, sales, and marketing, particularly given his prior role as Chief Executive Officer and owner of a thriving human resources company.

As Managing Director of Morris, Nathan has been pivotal in the sustainable growth of the business. Demonstrating expertise in brand development, unsurpassed customer experiences, and staff competency, commitment, and development, Nathan’s proactive leadership has also resulted in the accreditation, support, and loyalty of an expanding national asset finance broker network.
Whilst responsibility for strategic vision, risk management and day to day running of the business rests with Nathan, he is also intimately involved in stakeholder management, with major relationships including but not limited to, the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, Deloitte Touche Tomatsu, and an expanding investor base.

Professionally, Nathan holds a Diploma in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking), is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), Commercial Asset Finance Brokers Association of Australia (CAFBA), in conjunction with his role as a progressive voice within the Australian Finance Industry Association (AFIA). Nathan is often consulted as a finance industry expert, conducting numerous keynote speaking and panel participation engagements.

Nathan’s experience in the sporting arena led to an invitation to become an integral member of Geelong Football Club Leadership mentoring group, with a number of senior players and key executives availing themselves of his financial and business advice, as well as life learnings. These experiences have also been replicated at other major sporting organisations such as Walkinshaw Andretti United (WAU) and Karting Australia, with Nathan previously serving on the board of the latter for several years.
Philanthropically, Nathan ensures that Morris provides holistic, operational, and financial support for organisations such as Foodbank and genU inclusion, whilst nurturing local educational centres in providing positive educational experiences for young students, encouraging individual pathways that lead to employment.
