“It’s hard to believe it’s been ten years at Morris. I’m really proud to have grown within a business that genuinely values development and creates opportunities for people to come through the ranks. From where I started to where I am now, it’s been a rewarding journey made possible by the support of some incredible leaders and mentors in Chris Hickey, Matthew Luehman and Gavin Slater, along with the guidance of Nathan Murray, Scott Valle and Martin Carter through their strong executive leadership. I’m also lucky to work with such a dedicated Credit Management team who do the heavy lifting every day, and with fantastic external suppliers who make our work possible. I’m truly grateful for the journey so far and excited for what’s still ahead.”

Over the past decade Ben has shown great commitment and energy to all the roles he’s had, and importantly he’s been willing to stretch himself and take on greater responsibilities.
