Throughout this year we facilitated positive changes, the most notable being considerable staffing increases across our eight operational departments, in order to process increased generated business in a seamless, efficient and consistent manner and without fear of contradiction the results emanating from the additional resourcing have been outstanding.
 
In short, our Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu audited 2015/16 financial year results have confirmed and highlighted the breaking of all existing records in applications assessed, applications approved, gross receivables, retained earnings, net profit before tax, settled deals and dollars.
