We are excited to announce another significant milestone for Morris, with the official opening of our new Queensland office as we continue to expand our national footprint and strengthen our presence across Australia.
Whilst Morris has proudly traded in Queensland for more than 25 years, the establishment of a permanent office within the state marks an important evolution for our business and our long-term commitment to the Queensland market.
Today, approximately 33% of our national income is generated from Queensland, highlighting the strength of the relationships, opportunities, and partnerships we have built across the state over many years.
The Queensland market continues to present outstanding long-term opportunities for Morris. With the upcoming Brisbane Olympic Games, continued population growth, large-scale commercial development, and more than $100 billion being invested into infrastructure and road projects across the state, Queensland is positioned to remain one of the strongest economic growth regions in Australia for years to come.
The level of government and private sector investment currently flowing into Queensland is creating significant demand across construction, transport, logistics, civil infrastructure, plant and equipment, and broader business investment sectors, all markets that closely align with Morris and the solutions we provide nationally.
Our new Queensland office will support and service our growing broker, community, direct client, investor, referrer and plant and equipment markets throughout the state and will be home to several key members of the Morris team, including:
Simon Lumley – State Manager – QLD, Broker Market
Luke Bowden – Business Development Manager – QLD
Jaxon Evans – Asset Finance Specialist
Jordan Love – Asset Finance Specialist
Jarrod Moore – Head of Partnerships & Market Development
This expansion represents another exciting chapter for Morris as we continue to evolve our offerings, strengthen our national distribution footprint, and invest into the future growth of our business.
Most importantly, we would like to thank our investors, partners, clients, and employees who have supported Morris throughout our journey to date. Your continued support allows us to continue growing and investing into new opportunities and markets across Australia.
We look forward to sharing further updates with you as our Queensland operations continue to grow.
