We are pleased to announce the appointment of Rachel Dart as Morris's new State Manager, covering the states of VIC, TAS, SA, and WA.
Rachel brings a wealth of experience in asset finance, having held key roles at Finance One and Azora, and is widely respected for her deep industry knowledge, strong broker relationships, and solution-driven approach. With over 20 years in car and asset finance, spanning vehicle sales, business management, finance broking, and banking, Rachel is well-equipped to support and strengthen our broker partnerships.
As State Manager, Rachel will be instrumental in driving strategic growth, enhancing broker relationships, and expanding our presence across these markets. Her leadership and customer-focused approach align perfectly with Morris’s commitment to delivering innovative finance solutions and exceptional service.
Rachel steps into the role previously held by Jackson Davis, who has been a key driver of Morris’s broker market growth over the past six years. We are excited to share that Jackson has been promoted to General Manager – Morris Services, where he will lead our business and corporate partnerships, as well as sponsorship relationships. This transition is a reflection of Jackson’s growth within the business and is a promotion to our suite of General Managers within. It also underscores our commitment to investing in our people and fostering business growth.
Rachel Dart, State Manager – VIC/TAS/SA/WA, commented: "I’m thrilled to join the Morris team, bringing experience from both the broker and BDM sides of the industry. Morris has built a strong reputation for innovation and strategic support for brokers, and I’m excited to contribute to the ongoing success of our network. I look forward to working closely with our brokers to strengthen relationships and create new opportunities.
While Jackson’s expertise will be missed in the broker space, we look forward to seeing him take on this exciting new challenge. Rachel and Jackson will work closely together over the next two weeks to ensure a smooth handover before Jackson transitions into his new role. Many of you may already know Rachel, and for those who haven’t had the opportunity yet, she will be reaching out soon to introduce herself.
Rachel can be contacted on 0492 224 413 or via email at r.dart@morrisfinance.com.au.
