Since Morris’s inception 26 years ago, Morris has built a successful ecosystem focused on continuous improvement in all we do, driven by the dedication of our senior executive team. These leaders support, mentor, and develop our committed and skilled staff across twelve operating departments.

In line with this commitment to growth, we are delighted and excited to announce Scott Valle’s appointment as Chief of People and Strategy. 

Scott brings a wealth of business experience from the Australian financial services industry. He has held senior executive roles with responsibilities in asset finance aggregation, credit risk and portfolio management, regulatory compliance, HR policy, change management, leadership development, operational excellence, and strategic growth initiatives.

His career began after completing a Bachelor of Economics with distinction from RMIT. Scott joined ANZ Bank, where he held senior positions including Head of Risk Information Services and Portfolio Management, and Manager of Credit Risk, over a successful 13-year tenure. He then joined Liberty Financial Services as Group Executive and General Manager of Human Resources and Motor Divisions for a decade. Following this, Scott held roles at McMillan Shakespeare (MMSG) as National Operations Manager, General Manager, and Group Executive of Retail Financial Services during his three-year tenure. Most recently, he served as Group Operations Manager at Fintelligence, where he focused on process design, implementation, and operational oversight for the past five years.

Scott is a versatile and accomplished financial services executive with a proven record of positively influencing people and implementing practical, growth-oriented processes. His leadership approach emphasizes empowerment, innovation, and collaboration to foster sustained growth for both people and businesses.
