Morris Appoints Jeff Czajkowski as Business Development Manager. 

Jeff Czajkowski appointed to support growth across Geelong and surrounding regions. 

Morris is pleased to share that Jeff Czajkowski has joined the business as Business Development Manager, commencing Monday 20 April.

Jeff brings over 15 years’ experience across the automotive and wholesale distribution sector, having built his career with Jefferson Automotive Group, a national leader in parts and paint wholesale. His background spans sales, operations and logistics, with a strong focus on customer engagement and commercial performance.

He began his career in sales, delivering consistent growth across Melbourne and Geelong, before progressing into leadership roles including Call Centre Manager and Online Sales Manager. During this time, Jeff supported the growth of the online parts division into the largest retailer of Ford parts in Australia and led the transition to a cloud-based call centre with defined KPIs and service standards.

In his role with Morris, Jeff will work closely with Jackson Davis, General Manager – Morris Services and the broader team to strengthen partnerships, support the introducer network, and identify opportunities to expand Morris’ presence across Geelong and surrounding regions.

As a Geelong local, Jeff brings a strong connection to the community and a genuine passion for building meaningful partnerships.
