On Thursday four of our team members from Morris Finance will head to Siem Reap in Cambodia for the second year running to visit a number of not for profit foundations including the Hearts to Harmony Foundation that has been created by sisters Lauren and Cassie Gravett.
The team consisting of our Managing Director Nathan Murray, Customer Service Manager Simon Sweetten, Senior Credit Assessment Officer Matthew Luehman and Tom Fallaw from AFL club the Geelong Cats have a busy schedule planned for the next eight days.
This year the team we will building a house for a local family based in Siem Reap, constructed over a five day period the house will be the 23rd that has been constructed for an underprivileged family in the past 12 months.
While in Cambodia the team will also visit a number of remote villages in and around Siem Reap delivering food and rice to a number of families in the truck that Morris Finance purchased for the local residents and with the support of the Geelong Cats the team will also visit a number of local schools to conduct a number of AFL clinics to show case our local game to the local children, armed with a number of supplies for the children we are sure they will be very excited to learn the skills of our AFL game.

Hearts to Harmony is a Non-Government Organisation (NGO) based in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Their aim is to enhance the lives of individuals in pursuit of education, and to create a healthy and safe environment for them. H to H provide education scholarships from primary school through to university. Their outreach program consists of regular health workshops, assistance with dental care and food packages to all of our families in rural Siem Reap. Hearts to Harmony is registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission (ACNC).
