Fiona’s journey is a true reflection of commitment, progression, and professionalism. She began her career as a New Business Specialist, where her strong attention to detail and customer-focused approach quickly set her apart. Her drive and capability saw her progress into a Senior New Business Specialist role, where she continued to deliver exceptional outcomes while supporting her team and strengthening processes.

As her career evolved, Fiona stepped into the role of Direct Business Manager, where she demonstrated strong leadership, accountability, and a deep understanding of the business. Her ability to build trusted relationships and consistently achieve results made her an integral part of the Morris team. Today, Fiona holds the position of Business Solutions Manager, where she continues to play a key role in delivering strategic solutions, supporting clients, and contributing to the ongoing success of the organisation.

A defining strength of Fiona’s career has been her ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Many of the partnerships she has developed have spanned the full duration of her time at Morris, something that speaks volumes about her commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Her clients know they can rely on her, and that level of trust continues to be instrumental in driving long-term success for both them and the business.
