This week, we are celebrating a special milestone for Baden Ceni, who marks 10 years with Morris.

Over the past decade, Baden has become an incredibly valued member of the Morris team. His depth of knowledge, calm approach and willingness to help others have made him someone our referrers, clients and team know they can rely on.

Baden joined Morris following an extensive career in banking and finance, bringing with him a wealth of experience. During his time with Morris, he has held the positions of New Business Specialist and Senior Account Executive.

Whether working closely with clients and referrers, sharing his knowledge with the team or supporting those around him day to day, Baden brings the same genuine and considered approach to everything he does. He has been a mentor to many across the business, always generous with his time and knowledge, and doing it all with a smile.

Over the years, Baden has built strong and lasting relationships through his professionalism, genuine approach and commitment to doing the right thing by his clients. In his role as Senior Account Executive, he continues to take the time to understand each client’s needs and provide finance solutions that are right for them.

Away from work, Baden’s love and commitment to his family, together with the incredible loyalty he shows to his sporting teams, says a lot about the person he is. Ten years is a significant milestone, and I sincerely thank Baden for his loyalty, friendship and contribution to Morris and congratulate him on a wonderful achievement.”

Reflecting on the milestone, Baden Ceni, Senior Account Executive, said:

“Reflecting on the last 10 Years that I have been with Morris, there have been many changes as the Business has continued to grow and evolve. Success for the Business is achieved with the relationship between all Staff, employees and management, and I must say that the environment, culture, systems, support and training provided at Morris have not only allowed me to do what is required of me but also make it enjoyable at the same time.

Whilst I already had various finance skills that I developed in my time within the Banking/Finance Industry previously, I have found that I have been able to acquire and develop very important additional skills in the Brokering field as a result of my time at Morris and this is due to the help and support of fantastic people I have worked with, past and present.

There is also the relationship I have built with the many clients I look after and would not be doing what I am, without their support. I’m extremely happy to have achieved the 10 Year Anniversary and look forward to contributing to the continued success of Morris.”

Baden’s milestone also sees him join more than 10 Morris team members who have now been with the business for 10 years or more. For us, that means a lot. Morris has always been built around people and relationships, and having so many long-standing team members reflects the connections, trust and shared history that continue to shape who we are today.
