A key management policy for Morris is: the internal promotion of skilled and compliant staff from within.
At Morris we have adopted this policy since day one and have aligned ourselves with a number of National and Government agencies to assist with the development of our staff and suppliers to protect you the customer.
Morris is a member of the Australasian Academy of Mentoring and Coaching which provides our staff with on-going training for a number of different disciplines.
The company has its own internal staff and mentoring program that give our team members the opportunity to grow from within. The program not only assists the staff within our business, it also helps them grow externally. Over the past six months our staff have participated in a series of sessions entitled “From Good to Great - Developing a Culture of Success” with the intention of motivating staff to strive for excellence in the industry we trade in and to also provide them with the philosophies, knowledge and tools to assist them achieve continual improvement.
Morris complies with Australian Anti Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism requirements.
The Company is also registered to engage in credit activities under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009, as part of this registration, we adhere to the policies and procedures advised in the Act, which ensures that we provide best practice services to our customers.
